wow, so i guess feminism really isn’t about helping both men and women deconstruct gender roles.
if men are expected to ‘man up’ in these situations, then Sara Stephenson must want women to ‘women up’ in the situations involving child rearing (instead of choosing to work), cooking and house upkeep, and being secondary to their men. after all, obviously no man really enjoys the company of independent women.
furthermore: to everyone who condemns the demasculinization of men, this is what feminism fought for. if you don’t like that men are become more effeminate, then women should stop trying to be more empowered and masculine. the deconstruction of gender roles goes both ways, ladies.
